My name is Adam! My first and highest priorities are devotion to my faith, and to my family. As a Dad, it is my greatest joy and responsibility to love and serve my family. In addition to serving my family, I am a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Today, I find myself at a unique vantage point when it comes to my corporate and professional career. As a millennial, professional with 10+ years of experience, I have a seasoned perspective of the four generations of women and men working today. Here’s what I mean… I was hired into the workforce by Boomers (baby boomer generation), managed by Xers (generation X), surrounded by millennials (the largest generation on record), and managing the Gen Z (youngest generation) young adults now entering the workforce.

I started Synergetic Culture® out of a passion to equip professionals, teams, & organizations with practical and tangible content to help them build a successful culture, a Synergetic Culture®. Not just to benefit the organizations from which they come, but more importantly, to add value to the individuals who receive and utilize the content we provide. Building teams and individuals, seeing others grow, thrive, and develop is one of my greatest passions. My sincere hope is to see this team and organization positively impact companies, teams, and professionals all around the world.
